THE BONOBO'S LIFE

Now I'll be telling you about the Bonobo Monkey. The Bonobo Monkeys are located in the African rain forest. They eat fruits, leaves, seeds, flowers, honey, eggs, soil, mushrooms, grubs, and squirrels. The Bonobo’s food has to get it’s energy. If it’s a plant, it gets nutrients from the soil. If it’s an animal, it gets it’s nutrients from plants or other animals.

WHAT'S ENDANGERING THEM?

Less than 100,000 Bonobo Monkeys remain! Some of their only predators are the humans and those scary crocodiles. a threat is the forests are being cut down by loggers! People are  also hunting the Bonobo Monkey. Bonobos are being killed for medicine and magical purposes.

There are a few things you could do to help the Bonobo Monkey. You could donate to world wildlife federation. The world wildlife federation can educate people and can raise money for the endangered animals. Or you could help by using less wood and paper. You can also help by not throwing away wood and paper. If you do throw away lots of wood and paper, loggers will have to cut down more trees. One of my ideas are if you see a logger that's about to cut down a tree you would say STOP! And the logger might stop.
